Photogenic

East River State Park

"Like many natural beauties, New York is effortlessly photogenic. It has fabulous bones and hardly any bad angles. It looks good in anything: rain, sunshine, blizzards. Its personality comes through in flashes: antic, sloppy, noble, rude. Its bad days are more exciting than good days anywhere else. And its good days are the best, period."
Holland Cotter, The New York Times

  1. Having lived in Manhattan in the 60's I discovered there is no place like New York City. From theatre to ice skating rink, to walking down 5th Avenue enjoying the beautiful displays in the store windows, especially Saks Fifth Avenue at Christmas time and don't forget the top of the Empire State Building, Top of the Sixes and Macy's on 34th Street...and I do remember Gimbels as well.

    I LOVE NEW YORK,,,

    As Lisa Minelli sing,

New York, New York, it's a wonderful town..
